Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.
Maximum 50/50 payout will be $500,000.00.

50/50 draw: January 17, 2023 at 9:00:00 a.m. PST
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at John Tod Centre Y, 150 Wood St. Kamloops BC V2B 0G6
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://5050.kamloopsylotto.ca/winners on January 17, 2023.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Kamloops YMCA-YWCA.
Winner consents to the release of their name by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors or employees of the Kamloops YMCA-YWCA and employees of: official auditors KPMG LLG.
Kamloops YMCA-YWCA does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators in writing only by e-mailing ylotto@kamloopsy.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary. If another party needs to be involved, it will include the Y CEO and if necessary, a representative of the Y Board of Directors.
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via e-mail, and posts made on the Kamloops Ylotto social media and Web Pages. Refunds can be obtained by e-mailing ylotto@kamloopsy.ca.
